"Santa Claus Reflectively" - Caring for the safety of the youngest!

On December 5, 2025, the "Santa Claus Reflectively" event took place in Brodnica, organized by the District Police Headquarters in Brodnica in cooperation with the Brodnica City Hall, the Department of Road Infrastructure of the Marshal's Office of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, the IPA Region Brodnica and the Toruń Automobile Club.

Distribution of Reflectors

The event started at 7:30 a.m., when children arrive at school. Participants distributed reflective elements to students who did not have them. Those who were already wearing reflectors were rewarded with small gifts.

The importance of reflectors

Wearing reflective elements significantly improves the visibility of pedestrians, not only for car drivers, but also for cyclists and electric scooter users. Thanks to reflectors, our visibility increases up to 150 meters in the headlights.

Summary

The aim of the campaign was to increase the safety of the youngest road users in the winter. Let's remember that reflectors save lives!
