Culinary Workshops in Szabda: Making Dumplings Together!

On Sunday, December 7th, the community center in Szabda turned into a real dumpling paradise! Residents had the opportunity to participate in unique dumpling-making workshops, led by Marian Frankowski, chef from Głęboczek Vine Resort & SPA Restaurant.

A Culinary Feast

Mr. Marian and his family prepared a culinary feast, introducing participants to the secrets of professional dumpling making. Together they created and tasted unusual flavor combinations:

• Yellow dumplings with delicate cottage cheese and vanilla
• Black and white dumplings with fish (carp, pike and smoked sturgeon) on dough with squid ink
• Gray dumplings with potatoes, smoked cottage cheese and chives on dough with partially burnt hay
• Of course, there was also the classic: stuffing with cabbage and mushrooms!

Special Guest

The Mayor of Brodnica Municipality, Adam Zalewski, also joined the dumpling making.
