Call for Proposals for the Citizens' Budget in Brodnica

Starting from February 15, 2023, residents of the Brodnica Municipality can submit proposals as part of the Citizens' Budget. This process will last until March 15, 2023, with a total budget of 600,000.00 PLN, divided into two pools:

• Local Pool: 80% of the total funds, designated for projects in specific neighborhoods, such as Karbowo, Matejki I, Morskie Oko, and others.
• Citywide Pool: 20% of the total funds, financing projects that address the needs of the entire city.

Residents can submit a maximum of one proposal to the local pool (up to 40,000.00 PLN) and one to the citywide pool (up to 120,000.00 PLN). Participation in the citizens' budget is available to all residents, regardless of age. Each resident may support any number of projects.

Proposals must be submitted on the appropriate forms, along with a support list signed by at least 10 residents of Brodnica. Submissions can be made in person or sent by mail to the Brodnica City Hall. It is important that all documents are properly labeled.

The implementation of projects chosen by residents will begin in 2026. Detailed information is available on the website www.brodnica.pl and in the Public Information Bulletin of the Brodnica City Hall.
