Announcement for Candidates for Competition Committees

The Mayor of Brodnica invites non-governmental organizations to submit candidates to work in competition committees. These committees will evaluate offers in open competitions for the implementation of public tasks in 2026.

Purpose of the Call

The purpose of the call is to create a list of candidates for members of the competition committees. After announcing each call for proposals, the Mayor of Brodnica will appoint members of the commission from among the submitted candidates, excluding persons indicated by organizations participating in the competition. Participation in the work of the commission is free of charge.

Requirements for Candidates

Candidates must meet the following criteria:

Be a citizen of Poland and enjoy full public rights (declaration).
Not represent organizations/entities participating in the competition (declaration).
Not be in a legal or factual relationship with the applicants that could raise doubts as to impartiality (declaration).
Not be in an employment or order relationship with the applicant and not be a member of the applicant's authorities until one year has elapsed from the date of commencement of the competition procedure (declaration).
Represent a non-governmental organization or entity in accordance with the provisions of the statute.

Tasks of the Competition Committee

The Competition Committee will be responsible for:

Merit assessment of offers for the implementation of public tasks.
Proposing the allocation of funds among selected offers.
Recommending the reviewed offers to the Mayor of Brodnica.

How to Submit a Candidacy?

Applications should be submitted on the attached form, signed by the candidate and authorized persons. Documents can be submitted in person at the Brodnica City Hall, ul. Kamionka 23 (room 101) or sent by post to the same address. The deadline for submitting applications is December 30, 2025.
