The Fascinating World of Japanese Sumo

The Municipal and District Public Library in Brodnica cordially invites you to a special meeting with Wojciech Kalinowski, who is not only a judo coach but also a karate instructor and a passionate enthusiast of Japanese history and culture.

Wojciech Kalinowski, the founder of the Japan Promotion Association, has delivered many intriguing lectures in the past. He has shared stories on topics such as: "The Legend of Musashi", "Gaijin on the Street", "Happi Kurisumasu" – Christmas in Japan, and "The Sacred Mountains of Fuji San".

During the upcoming event, which will take place on January 7th (Tuesday) at the Palace of Anna Wazówna in the Banquet Hall, Wojciech Kalinowski will present the topic of his lecture: "Sumo known and unknown". Admission to the meeting is free, and the organizers warmly encourage everyone to participate in this fascinating event.
