Visible Effects of Increasing Service Points

It has been just a few weeks since we increased the number of customer service points at the Department of Communication and Transport of the County Office in Brodnica, and we can already see the positive effects of this change.

The time spent at the department has been reduced to the necessary minimum, significantly speeding up the preparation of documents and registration plates. Documents can be collected on the same day or the next day, depending on the recipient's preference.

Registration certificates can now be collected approximately 10 days after submitting the application, unless complicated evidential proceedings are required. Information about the possibility of collecting documents is sent via SMS.

We also remind you of the extended office hours. Every Monday, employees of the Department of Communication and Transport are available to clients until 5 PM.
