Take Care of Your Hearing - World Hearing Day in Brodnica

World Hearing Day is celebrated annually on March 3rd. It is a great opportunity to raise awareness about the importance of hearing health and the issue of hearing loss.

In connection with this event, residents of Brodnica are invited to FREE preventive hearing tests. The initiative is organized by Hearing Aids PUH Rejowski in collaboration with the Brodnica Municipal Office.

The tests will be conducted from March 3rd to April 30th, 2025, on Thursdays, from 12:00 PM to 3:30 PM. The location for the tests will be the Hearing Prosthetics Office at the Clinic located at Piwna Street 5. Appointments can be made by calling 691 627 798.

Results will be available immediately after the tests are performed.

It is important to remember that deafness is a serious health issue, alongside heart attacks and strokes. Causes of hearing loss are often linked to excessive noise, including noise from machinery, street traffic, and the use of personal audio devices. Hearing problems can also result from many chronic diseases.

This initiative kicks off a series of various preventive tests organized by the Municipality of Brodnica in connection with World Health Day, as part of the “Healthy City Brodnica 2023-2030” program.
