New Police Officers Took the Oath in Bydgoszcz

On January 10, 2025, a solemn oath-taking ceremony for 58 new police officers took place at the Provincial Police Headquarters in Bydgoszcz. Among those admitted to service, there are 17 women. After completing their basic training, the new officers will return to their units to serve the citizens' safety.

Speeches and Congratulations

During the ceremony, the Provincial Police Commander in Bydgoszcz, Insp. Jakub Gorczyński, administered the oath to the new officers, emphasizing their important role in society:

- You have become full-fledged members of one of the oldest and largest uniformed formations in our country. We stand guard over safety and public order. We protect the lives, health, and property of citizens.

The ceremony was also attended by the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivode, Michał Sztybel, who addressed the new officers:

- First of all, I would like to thank you for choosing to serve. You are police officers 24 hours a day, representing the Polish state.
