Agenda:

1. Opening and confirmation of quorum.
2. Presentation of the agenda.
3. Comments on the minutes of the previous session.
4. Adoption of resolutions regarding:
• a) the amendment of the resolution on the adoption of the Brodnica Commune budget for 2025,
• b) the amendment of the resolution on the rules for granting targeted subsidies to water companies, the procedure for granting subsidies and their settlement,
• c) establishing the rules for granting targeted subsidies for financing the costs of investments in air protection from the budget of the Brodnica Commune,
• d) the resolution on establishing the procedure for granting and settling as well as the procedure for conducting control of the correctness of collection and use of subsidies for preschool facilities for which the Brodnica Commune is the registering authority,
• e) adopting the program for the care of homeless animals and preventing animal homelessness for 2025,
• f) proceeding to prepare a local spatial development plan for part of the village of Cielęta.
