Tender Announcement

The Mayor of the Brodnica Commune announces the first limited oral tender for the sale of properties owned by the Brodnica Commune – plot No. 79/19 Moczadła.

Details of the Plot

The plot has an area of 0.0220 ha, located in the village of Moczadła, registered in KW TO1B/00027608/0. The plot is not covered by the local spatial development plan and is located in agricultural land. The shape of the plot is irregular, flat terrain, designated as a road in the land register.

Tender Conditions

The tender is limited to the owners of plots designated as No. 79/7, 79/6, 79/15, and 79/18. The starting price is 7,900.00 PLN.

Tender Date and Location

The tender will take place on May 7, 2025, at 9:00 AM at the seat of the Brodnica Commune Office, ul. Mazurska 13, room 105.

Deposit

A condition for participation in the tender is the payment of a deposit of 10% of the starting price no later than May 5, 2025.

Required Documents

Tender participants must present an identity document and, in the case of legal entities, a current excerpt from the KRS.
