Mariusz Badaczewski at the helm of the District Road Authority in Brodnica

As of April 1, 2025, Mariusz Badaczewski has taken the position of director of the District Road Authority in Brodnica. Selected through recruitment, he met all the requirements of the Brodnica County Board for this managerial position.

Badaczewski, a resident of Lidzbark, is a graduate of the University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn. He also completed postgraduate studies in road maintenance, European funds management, and public administration and funds management.

He has extensive experience working in local government units, particularly in the area of planning, designing, and implementing road investments and public procurement. From 2004 to 2024, he worked at the Lidzbark City and Commune Office, where for 10 years he held the position of head of the construction, investment, and municipal economy department. Then, from September 2024 to February 2025, he worked at the Działdowo City Office as the head of the public procurement and European funds unit.

In his professional career, he was involved in the implementation of road investments and the supervision of ongoing road maintenance.
