Summary of the "Sober Morning" Operation in Brodnica

On April 7, 2025, police officers from the Brodnica Police Headquarters conducted an intensified operation called "Sober Morning". The aim of the operation was to eliminate drunk drivers from the roads.

Operation Details

As part of the operation, a total of 1655 drivers were checked. Unfortunately, not all of them were sober.

Consequences

One cyclist was stopped for riding under the influence of alcohol. A 45-year-old resident of the Brodnica district was riding a bicycle with nearly 1.4 per mille of alcohol in his system. He was fined PLN 2500.

All drivers of motor vehicles were sober.
