5. Adoption of the Mayor's report for the period from 28.11.2024 to 11.4.2025 and information on tenders for the period from 25.11.2024 to 11.4.2025.
6. Report on the activities of the Brodnica Social Services Center in Brodnica for 2024.
7. Report for 2024 on the implementation of the Municipal Family Support Program for the Brodnica City Municipality for the years 2022-2024.
8. Report for 2024 on the implementation of the Municipal Program for Counteracting Domestic Violence and Protection of Victims of Domestic Violence for the years 2023-2026.
9. Report for 2024 on the work of the Municipal Interdisciplinary Team for Counteracting Domestic Violence in Brodnica.
10. Assessment of social assistance resources.
11. Report on the implementation of the Cooperation Program of the Brodnica City Municipality with non-governmental organizations and entities conducting public benefit activities for 2024.
12. Familiarization with the work plans of the City Council committees.

15. Adoption of resolutions:
    • a) regarding the adoption of the Municipal Family Support Program for the Brodnica City Municipality for the years 2025-2027,
    • b) on the amendment of the resolution on the detailed conditions for granting assistance to gifted children and youth, the forms and scope of this assistance, including scholarships for talented students, and the procedure in these matters,
    • c) regarding the establishment and accession of the Brodnica City Municipality to the Brodnica Lakeland Local Tourist Organization,
    • d) regarding the determination of the amount of cash equivalent for volunteer fire brigade firefighters,
    • e) regarding the determination of the procedure and detailed criteria for assessing applications for the implementation of a public task under a local initiative,
    • f) regarding the granting of a specific subsidy for conservation, restoration and construction works on monuments entered in the register or located in the municipal register of monuments, located in the area of the Brodnica City Municipality,
    • g) regarding the expression of consent to allocate for sale undeveloped real estate located at Długa Street in Brodnica,
    • h) regarding the expression of consent to allocate for sale undeveloped real estate located at 67 Pułku Piechoty Street in Brodnica,
    • i) regarding the expression of consent to allocate for sale undeveloped real estate located at Michałowska Street and Polna Street in Brodnica,
    • j) regarding the expression of consent to allocate for sale undeveloped real estate located in the area of Wiejska Street in Brodnica,
    • k) regarding the consideration of a petition to adopt a resolution by the City Council in Brodnica on the 80th anniversary of the deportation of thousands of residents of Więcbork and the current Kujawsko-Pomorskie Province to Soviet concentration camps in the USSR from January to March 1945 at the command of the authorities of the People's Republic of Poland and the USSR.
