Invitation to the 11th Session of the Brodnica Commune Council

Residents of the Brodnica Commune, the Brodnica Commune Council cordially invites you to the 11th Session of the Brodnica Commune Council, which will take place on April 22, 2025 (Tuesday) at 2:30 PM at the Brodnica Commune Office, located at Mazurska Street 13, in room 105.

Agenda:

1. Opening and quorum call.
2. Presentation of the agenda.
3. Comments on the minutes of the previous session.
4. Adoption of resolutions regarding:
   • amendment to the resolution on the adoption of the Brodnica Commune budget for 2025,
   • amending the Brodnica Commune Council resolution on the adoption of the Brodnica Commune's Multiannual Financial Forecast for the years 2025-2030,
   • recognition of a petition as not deserving consideration.
5. Miscellaneous matters, information, announcements.
6. Closure of the meeting.
