Reminder about Asbestos-Related Obligations

The Environmental Protection Office of the Municipal Office in Brodnica would like to remind that legal entities using products containing asbestos are required to submit an annual report by January 31. This report should be sent in paper form to the Marshal of the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Voivodeship.

The document that needs to be submitted is the "Information on Products Containing Asbestos," which serves as Annex No. 3 to the regulation of the Minister of Economy dated December 13, 20210, regarding the requirements for the use of asbestos-containing products and the procedures for their cleaning.
