"My Health" Program Launches

Starting May 5th, 2025, the comprehensive preventive program "My Health" is available, aimed at people over 20 years of age. This initiative of the Ministry of Health aims to promote a healthy lifestyle and regular preventive examinations among Poles, replacing the "Prevention 40+" program.

How to participate?

You can apply for the program through:

• Internet Patient Account (IKP)
• My IKP application
• Directly at the Primary Health Care (POZ) facility

What does the program offer?

Participating in the "My Health" program is a chance for:

• Individual health plan
• Free tests (including morphology, glucose, cholesterol, TSH)
• Consultations with a doctor or nurse
• Possibility of early detection of civilization diseases
