Obligation to Report Asbestos-Containing Products

Individuals who are not conducting business are required to report the use of asbestos-containing products. The deadline for submitting this information is January 31st of each year. The report should be delivered in paper form to the mayor.

The required information must be provided in a form that is attached as Annex No. 3 to the Regulation of the Minister of Economy dated December 13, 2010. This regulation addresses the requirements related to the use of asbestos-containing products as well as guidelines for their cleaning.
