Debate on the Report on the State of Brodnica County - Your Voice Matters!

The Brodnica County Board submits an annual report on the state of the county to the Council by May 31st. This document summarizes the board's activities in the past year, including the implementation of policies, programs, strategies, and council resolutions.

Want to Speak?

A debate is held on the report, in which residents of Brodnica County can participate. If you wish to participate, you must submit a written application to the council chairman, supported by the signatures of at least 150 residents. The application must be submitted no later than the day before the session at which the report will be presented.

Important Information

A maximum of 15 people will be allowed to speak, in order of application. Remember that the report is considered first during the session at which a resolution is made on the discharge of the board.

What Does the Report Contain?

The report covers a wide range of information, including the tasks of the County Board, meetings of the Board of the VI and VII terms, and resolutions passed. In 2024, the 1st session of the Council of the VII term took place on May 2, during which the staroste and deputy staroste were elected.
