Announcement of an auction for property in Szymkowo

The Mayor of Brodnica Commune announces the first unrestricted oral auction for the sale of a land property with a residential building, located in Szymkowo 13.

Property Description

The subject of the sale is plot number 50/2 with an area of 0.2000 ha, with a residential and farm building. The property has Land and Mortgage Register No. TO1B/00011098/6 kept by the District Court in Brodnica.

Starting price

The starting price of the property is PLN 300,000.00 (three hundred thousand zlotys).

Buildings

The plot includes a residential building (built in 1890) with a total usable area of 257.66 m2 and a farm building (built in 1947) with a building area of 25 m2. In addition, there is a wooden farm building on the plot intended for demolition.

Land use

The property is located in a built-up area of rural settlement units intended for transformations and additions to buildings, in accordance with Resolution No. XVIII/218/21 of the Brodnica Commune Council.

• Auction date: June 17, 2025 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM, room 105 at the Brodnica Commune Office (ul. Mazurska 13).
• Property viewing: June 3, 2025 (Tuesday), 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM in Szymkowo 13.
• Deposit: 10% of the starting price, payable by June 11, 2025 to the Brodnica Commune Office account.

The condition for participating in the auction is payment of the deposit on time and presentation of a valid identity document and required documents (e.g. current excerpt from the National Court Register, power of attorney).
