The Mayor of Brodnica Invites You to Free Osteoporosis Screening

The Mayor of Brodnica is meeting the needs of residents by offering the opportunity to have free densitometry screenings in a specially equipped osteobus. This is a great opportunity to take care of your bone health!

When and Where?

The screenings, organized by Mobilne Centrum Diagnostyki Osteoporozy Sp. z o.o., will take place on May 25, 2025 (Sunday) from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The osteobus will be waiting for you in the parking lot at Anna Wazówna Palace, ul. Zamkowa 1 in Brodnica.

How to Register?

Registration for the screenings is available by calling 514 973 249. During the phone call, a specific appointment time will be scheduled. We do not require a referral from a doctor, but the number of places is limited, so it's worth calling as soon as possible!

Osteoporosis is an insidious disease that weakens bones, increasing the risk of fractures. It often develops without symptoms for many years. Densitometry screening allows for early detection of the problem and taking appropriate preventive measures.

Examination Procedure

The examination is quick, painless, and requires no special preparation. The patient remains dressed, only it is necessary to move metal elements of clothing from the examined area. The result of the examination in the form of a graph and table is available almost immediately after the procedure. The examination is safe and uses very low doses of X-ray radiation.
