Upcoming Absolution Session of the Brodnica County Council

On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at 12:00 PM, the XV Session of the Brodnica County Council will take place. Chairman Marek Hildebrandt has convened the meeting, which will be held at the Occupational Activity Plant at ul. Kamionka 24 in Brodnica.

Agenda

During the session, councilors will debate the report on the state of Brodnica County and the report on the implementation of the Brodnica County budget for 2024. A key point will be the vote on the discharge of the County Board.

Debate and Voting

The session will include a speech by the Starost of Brodnica on the report on the state of Brodnica County in 2024, followed by a debate involving councilors and residents. The result of the debate will be the consideration of a draft resolution on granting a vote of confidence to the Brodnica County Board.

Other Important Points

In addition, a debate is planned on the report on the implementation of the revenue and expenditure plan in the past year, as well as a discussion on the resolution of the Regional Chamber of Audit in Bydgoszcz regarding the opinion on the report on the implementation of the budget for 2024. Councilors will also address the resolution of the Audit Committee regarding the motion to grant the County Board of Brodnica an absolution for 2024.

During the session, councilors will consider resolutions regarding: the adoption of the "Assessment of Social Welfare Resources in Brodnica County for 2024"; expressing consent to the disposal of fixed assets by the Health Care Unit; joining Brodnica County to the Kujawsko-Pomorskie Self-Government Association Salutaris; the creation and accession of Brodnica County to the Local Tourist Organization Pojezierze Brodnickie; consideration of a petition regarding the ban on transit traffic of trucks and construction of a pedestrian and cycle path.
