Payment Kiosks Facilitate Transactions at the Brodnica County Office

Since mid-January 2024, the Brodnica County Office has offered a payment kiosk, allowing for cash and cashless transactions, including stamp duties, in one place. The analysis of the first quarter clearly confirms that this was a good decision, as evidenced by the constantly increasing number of payments.

Statistics from the First Quarter

• January (ul. Kamionka 18): 222 payments (129 in cash, 93 by card)
• February (ul. Kamionka 18): 449 payments (327 in cash, 122 by card)
• March (ul. Kamionka 18): 558 payments (419 in cash, 139 by card)
• Total (ul. Kamionka 18): 1229 payments (875 in cash, 354 by card)

Second Payment Kiosk

In March, a second payment kiosk was launched at the Geodesy, Cadastre and Real Estate Management Department (ul. Żwirki i Wigury). In its first month, it handled 435 payments (153 in cash, 282 by card).

Overall, in the first quarter, clients of the Brodnica County Office made 1664 payments through both devices (1028 in cash, 636 by card). Payment kiosks significantly reduce the time it takes to handle official matters.
