Attention Farmers from Brodnica Municipality!

Due to the occurrence of spring frosts in the Brodnica municipality, we inform you about the possibility of submitting applications for the assessment of damages in agricultural and orchard crops caused by this phenomenon.

Application deadline:

Until June 18, 2025 (Wednesday) until 3:30 PM at the Brodnica Municipality Office.

Required documents:

• Printout of parts XI (declaration of reference plots) and XII (declaration of declared areas) of the current application for direct payments for 2025 submitted to ARMiR.

Where to download the application form?

• On the website of the Brodnica Municipality Office
• At the Brodnica Municipality Office, room number 313.

Important information:

The area of the farm and the area of individual crops must be consistent with the application for direct payments that the agricultural producer submitted to ARiMR for 2025. The application should include all crops - including those in which losses did not occur.

In the case of animal production, in appendix No. 2 to the application for estimating losses, the average annual sales from the last three years should be entered.
