XXIV Municipal Recitation Contest "Poets of Children's Joy"

On June 4, 2025, the XXIV Municipal Recitation Contest "Poets of Children's Joy" under the slogan "The World is Beautiful" took place at the Primary School of Princess Anna Wazówna in Gorczenica. The contest was intended for students in grades 1-3 of primary schools in the Brodnica Municipality.

34 children participated in the competition, and their recitations were judged by a commission consisting of: Joanna Bonawenturska and Longina Jasieniecka.

Category Grade 1:

• 1st Place: Karolina Jaskulska
• 2nd Place: Lena Ojewska
• 3rd Place: Aleksander Bajan
• Honorable Mention: Hanna Podolska

Category Grade 2:

• 1st Place: Oskar Górski
• 2nd Place: Zofia Kopczyńska
• 3rd Place: Martyna Łęgowska
• Honorable Mention: Letizia Konig and Stanisław Martewicz

Category Grade 3:

• 1st Place: Iga Sarnowska
• 2nd Place: Magdalena Gązwa
• 3rd Place: Miłosz Marcinkowski
• Honorable Mention: Julia Jakubowska and Nadia Kondratowicz

The winners received diplomas and book prizes, and all participants received books for participating. The awards and sweet treats were funded by the Mayor of Brodnica Municipality. The results were announced on the day of the competition.
