Shooting Competition for the Commander of the Provincial Police Chief's Cup

Smolniki, June 18, 2025 - The shooting competition for the Commander of the Provincial Police Chief's Cup in Bydgoszcz took place at the Arena shooting range. The event was attended by 40 officers representing various departments and commands of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Police garrison.

Celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Women in the Police

The competition was part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of Women in the Police, hence the competition was held in two classifications: women and men.

Organization and Course of the Competition

The organizer was the Independent Counter-Terrorist Police Unit in Bydgoszcz, in cooperation with other units. Policemen competed in four shooting competitions, using Glock 19, Walther P99 and Beretta APX pistols. Experienced judges supervised the proper course of the competition.

Winners

Women's Classification:

• 1st place: Senior Constable Weronika Magierska (KPP in Nakło)
• 2nd place: Deputy Inspector Ewa Przewłoka (KWP in Bydgoszcz)
• 3rd place: Junior Aspirant Kamila Skonieczka (KPP in Brodnica)

Men's Classification:

• 1st place: Senior Aspirant Grzegorz Sternal (KP in Koronowo)
• 2nd place: Junior Aspirant Dawid Grzywiński (KWP in Bydgoszcz)
• 3rd place: Sergeant Staff Mateusz Daroszewski (KMP in Włocławek)
