Invitation to the XIII Session of the City Council

We cordially invite you to the XIII session of the Brodnica City Council, which will take place on June 26, 2025 at 12:30 PM in room 202 of the Brodnica City Hall.

Agenda:

1. Opening of the session.
2. Verification of the quorum.
3. Appointment of the session secretary.
4. Presentation of the agenda.
5. Adoption of the Mayor's report for the period from April 12, 2025 to June 6, 2025, and information on tenders for the period from April 11, 2025 to June 10, 2025.
6. Report on the implementation in 2024 of the Municipal Program for Prevention and Solving of Alcohol Problems and Counteracting Drug Addiction in Brodnica for 2022-2024 and the effects of its implementation.
7. Information from the Mayor of Brodnica on submitted claims for compensation and decisions issued on one-off fees in connection with the adoption of local plans.
8. Information on the implementation of the directions of the Mayor of Brodnica's activities for the 2024-2029 term for 2024.
9. Report of the Mayor of Brodnica on the implementation of the budget of the Brodnica Municipality for 2024.
10. Report on the work of the City Council committees – committee chairs.
11. Free motions and questions from the city residents.
12. Adoption of resolutions:
    • regarding the consideration of the Report on the State of the Brodnica Municipality for 2024 and granting the Mayor of Brodnica a vote of confidence for this reason,
    • regarding the approval of the financial statement of the Brodnica Municipality for 2024,
    • regarding granting the Mayor of Brodnica a discharge for the implementation of the budget of the Brodnica Municipality for 2024,
    • amending the resolution on fees for using the facilities of the Sports and Recreation Center in Brodnica,
    • amending the Statute of the Sports and Recreation Center in Brodnica,
    • amending the resolution on adopting the "Healthy City Brodnica for 2023-2030" program,
    • regarding joining the preparation of the Development Strategy of the Brodnica Municipality until 2036 and determining the detailed procedure and schedule for developing the draft strategy, including the consultation procedure,
    • regarding the consideration of a petition regarding the introduction of a real estate tax relief for owners of buildings with green roofs or walls for 2026.
