National Success for CKZiU Students in Brodnica

Students from the Center for Vocational and Continuing Education in Brodnica achieved significant success at the National Project Festival Impuls-School Workshop of Change. The festival took place on June 13, 2025, in Warsaw.

Representatives of project teams from classes 1f and 3aTŻ, under the supervision of Wiktoria Owocka and Aleksandra Karnowska, proudly represented the school and the Brodnica district.

Student Projects within the Impuls Program

In the school year 2024/2025, CKZiU students implemented two social projects as part of the national Impuls program, run by the School with Class Foundation, the United States Embassy, and Intel. These were:

• "Together for Each Other - Intergenerational Bridges": cyclical meetings of youth with seniors, aimed at building intergenerational bonds.
• "Sweet Gesture - Cakes with Heart": a charity event involving the sale of homemade baked goods, with the proceeds going towards a picnic summarizing project activities.

Report from the Festival

"During the festival in Warsaw, teams from 17 upper secondary schools from all over Poland presented their activities, exchanged experiences, and supported each other," reports Marzena Janiszewska, a teacher at CKZiU. Additionally, an integrative game called Construction took place, requiring teamwork and creativity.

Students from Brodnica returned from Warsaw with diplomas, gifts, and great satisfaction. Participation in the Impuls program was an unforgettable adventure for them and an inspiration for further activities.
