Dear residents!

We are pleased to invite you to view a photo report showcasing the progress of key investments being carried out by the Brodnica Municipality this year. See how we are jointly improving the quality of life in our municipality!

New Roads – Investing in Your Comfort!

This year, the Brodnica Municipality is focusing on the expansion and modernization of road infrastructure. Over 8.3 kilometers of new municipal road surfaces will be created:

• "Floral" Estate in Karbowo: Modernization of Krokusowa, Sasankowa, Makowa, Nagietkowa, Hiacyntowa, Irysowa, Storczykowa, and Chabrowa streets is underway, as well as the hardening of four unnamed roads by Olsztyńska Street (a total of over 2790 meters of new roads).
• Wybudowanie Michałowo and Szczuka: New surfaces on the Wybudowanie Michałowo – Szczuka (road no. 080529C) and Szczuka (road no. 080531C) roads, totaling 3376 meters.
• Sobiesierzno and Dzierżno: Reconstruction of municipal roads completed (totaling 1629 meters).

Modern Lighting and Village Community Centers

We care about the safety and development of the community by:

• Replacing 372 old sodium lamps with energy-efficient LED luminaires.
• Building new street lighting in Kominy, Wybudowanie Michałowo, and along the Podgórz-Szczuka road (41 new lighting points).
• Building two new village community centers – in Cielęta and Nowy Dwór.

Saving Monuments – Our History and Culture

Thanks to subsidies from the Brodnica Municipality, we are renovating objects important to our heritage:

• Advanced work on churches in Szczuka and Gorczenica.
• Investment completed in the church in Mszana.

What's Next?

Later this year, we plan to:

• Build sewage and water supply networks, including in Szabda and Cielęta.
• Modernize the water treatment plant in Mszana.
• Road investment in Kominy (Pliszki and Jaskółcza streets).

Road Plans for the Future!

In the coming years, we will focus on roads, planning, among others, the construction of a sidewalk and widening of the Gorczenica-Kominy road, the construction of a pedestrian and bicycle path in Szabda, and new road surfaces in many towns.
