Become a Beekeeper! Free Course in Tuchola!

The Tuchola Vocational Education Center invites residents of the Brodnica district to participate in a free vocational qualification course to become a beekeeper. This is a great opportunity for anyone interested in organic farming, beekeeping, and the production of natural bee products.

Course Details:

• Form: Part-time (classes twice a month, on Saturdays and Sundays)
• Duration: 1.5 years (3 semesters)
• Completion: Vocational exam organized by the Regional Examination Board in Gdańsk
• Location: Tuchola Vocational Education Center, ul. Świecka 89a, Tuchola
• Registration deadline: August 31, 2025

The course program includes, among others: beekeeping production management, apiary site selection, construction and identification of hives and equipment, planting melliferous plants for bees, obtaining products such as honey, wax and bee bread, as well as pro-ecological activities in apiary management.

Obtaining the professional title of beekeeper opens the way to running your own apiary, selling honey and other products, as well as applying for EU subsidies.
