National e-Invoice System: Summer Information Meetings by the National Revenue Administration

From next year, entrepreneurs in Poland will be obliged to issue electronic invoices in the National e-Invoice System (KSeF). To help companies prepare for these changes, the Kujawsko-Pomorskie National Revenue Administration invites you to a series of summer information meetings, which will be held both stationary and online.

What will change?

The e-invoicing obligation will cover all VAT taxpayers, both active and exempt. The implementation will be phased:

• From February 1, 2026: for large taxpayers (sales above PLN 200 million in 2024)
• From April 1, 2026: for other entrepreneurs
• From January 1, 2027: for the smallest taxpayers (sales up to PLN 10,000 per month)

Note: VAT RR invoices (for flat-rate farmers) will not be subject to the KSeF obligation. Voluntary issuing of VAT RR invoices via KSeF will be possible from April 1, 2026.

Dates and topics of meetings

Meetings are organized in two-week cycles:

• Cycle I (until July 15): Introduction to the National e-Invoice System
• Cycle II (July 16–29): Authentication and authorization in KSeF
• Cycle III (July 30 – August 13): Structured invoice in KSeF
• Cycle IV (August 14–29): Introduction to the KSeF application
