Free Legal Aid

Free legal aid points operate in Brodnica and Brodnica County, in accordance with the Act of August 5, 2015, on free legal aid, free civic advice and legal education. This system is financed by the state.

Who can benefit?

Free legal aid or civic advice is available to an eligible person who is unable to afford paid legal assistance. This also applies to natural persons running a sole proprietorship who do not employ other people in the last year.

Attached is a list of entities providing free advice, sorted by topic. It includes both public and non-public entities operating on commission, as well as public benefit entities operating on commission, which have been entrusted with tasks in the field of specialist advice. The list contains the names of the entities, the scope of advice, addresses, contact details (websites, telephone numbers), days and hours of operation, and criteria for accessing the service.
