Applications are now being accepted for the "Warm Apartment" program

The Municipality of Brodnica announces the launch of applications for the "Warm Apartment" program, financed by the National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management. The program aims to improve energy efficiency and air quality in multi-family buildings.

Who can benefit from the program?

• Individuals who are owners or co-owners of residential premises in multi-family buildings.
• Tenants of municipal premises (with the consent of the building owner).
• Housing communities (from 3 to 7 premises) implementing projects covering common parts of the building.

Scope of funding:

• Replacement of inefficient solid fuel heat sources with low-emission ones.
• Modernization of heating systems.
• Replacement of window and door joinery.
• Installation of mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
• Thermal modernization of common parts of the building (for housing communities).

How and where to submit an application?

Applications can be submitted:

• In person at the Brodnica City Hall (room 305).
• By traditional mail to the address: ul. Kamionka 23, 87-300 Brodnica.
• Electronically via the ePUAP platform.

Application deadline:

From July 25, 2025 to October 15, 2025 or until funds are exhausted.
