Tender for the Sale of State Treasury Property in Płowęż

The Starosta of Brodnica, representing the State Treasury, announces the first unrestricted oral tender for the sale of property located in Płowęż, Jabłonowo Pomorskie commune.

The subject of the tender is a property with an area of 0.5600 ha, located on plot No. 211/1, entered in land register No. TO1B/00009418/9 kept by the District Court in Brodnica.

The tender will be held on November 5, 2025 at 10:00 AM in the conference room on the first floor of the Brodnica District Office, at ul. Kamionka 18. The presence of bidders is required.
