Important Announcement for Brodnica Residents

Starting from February 6, 2025, employees of the Brodnica City Hall will begin delivering property tax assessment decisions for the year 2025 in person.

What You Need to Know

Officials will not collect any fees - they are simply delivering documents. The delivery will take place on weekdays and weekends (Saturday and Sunday) until the end of February 2025. Please allow city hall employees to enter your property.

Decisions for Spouses

Tax decisions issued for spouses who are co-owners of the property will be delivered in two identical copies - one for each spouse. The established tax applies to the entire property, meaning that payment by one spouse frees the other from tax obligations.

New Bank Account

We also inform you that there has been a change in the bank account. Please make tax payments to the individual bank account indicated in the decision.
