Brodnica Police Officers Save 44-Year-Old Woman's Life

Police Officers from Brodnica Saved a Resident's Life

Heroic action by Brodnica police officers!

Yesterday, September 4, 2025, Brodnica police officers showed extraordinary courage and professionalism, saving the life of a 44-year-old resident of Brodnica who attempted suicide.

Intervention Details

Around 9:00 AM, the duty officer of the Brodnica police received a report from a concerned woman whose friend confessed that she no longer wanted to live. An intervention patrol consisting of Sgt. Jakub Szczepaniak and Senior Constable Bartosz Kozłowski was immediately dispatched to the scene. The officers entered the open house and found an unconscious woman in one of the rooms.

Resuscitation and Further Assistance

The police officers immediately began cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Thanks to their quick and effective intervention, they restored the woman's vital functions after a few minutes. The ambulance crew, called to the scene, took over the patient, provided her with specialist assistance, and transported her to the hospital.

Professionalism of the Brodnica Police

This is not the first time that police officers from the Brodnica Police Headquarters have demonstrated their readiness and skills in providing first aid, saving human lives. Their attitude deserves the highest recognition.
