New life for the "Orlik" sports complex in Brodnica!

We have great news for sports enthusiasts from Brodnica and the surrounding area! On September 8, 2025, an agreement was signed with Profintern International FC Sp. z o.o. from Warsaw for the modernization of the "Moje Boisko - Orlik 2012" sports complex on Nowa Street.

The scope of work is impressive! It includes the expansion with a 400 m circular running track, a 100 m straight running track, a long jump pit, and a shot put area. In addition, the renovation of existing facilities is planned, including the recreational running track, the sanitary and changing room building, and the pitches.

The entire investment is scheduled to be completed by January 6, 2026, and will cost PLN 2,029,500 gross. Funding from the Ministry of Sport and Tourism amounts to PLN 1,066,100, and the rest of the amount comes from the budget of the Brodnica Municipality. This is a truly important investment for our community!

The scope of work includes:

• Renovation of the recreational running track and straight running track at the school playground
• Renovation of the run-up and landing pit for the long jump and the shot put area
• Renovation of the sanitary and changing room building with the restoration of the original condition
• Maintenance and repainting of the polyurethane surface of the multi-purpose pitch
• Maintenance of the synthetic grass pitch with infill replenishment
• Replacement of goals and nets on the football and multi-purpose pitch
• Replacement of basketball backboards with hoops and nets
• Creation of new lawns
• Demolition of external stairs and a driveway made of concrete blocks at the sanitary and changing room building
