Krzysztof Kapuściński Passed Away

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Krzysztof Kapuściński, a respected social activist, local government official, and former head of the Crisis Management Department of the Brodnica County Starosty in the years 2000-2007. Mr. Kapuściński also served as the mayor of the Brodnica Commune.
